How many people do you need?

As a guide, workplaces with around 30–50 people regularly on site may qualify for a free vending machine. However, staff numbers are only part of the picture.

We also look at your location, working hours and whether there are shops, cafés or other food options nearby. A workplace with 30 people and nowhere within walking distance to buy a snack may be a better fit than a larger office surrounded by shops.

Shift patterns matter too. If your team works early mornings, evenings or nights, a vending machine can provide access to refreshments when nearby businesses are closed.

What if you have fewer than 30 people?

A smaller team doesn’t automatically rule out a vending machine.

For workplaces with fewer than 30 regular users, we can discuss an option with a contribution towards servicing costs. This helps cover the visits and upkeep needed when sales alone would not support a free placement.

The arrangement depends on your location and what you need. We’ll explain the options clearly so you can decide whether it makes sense for your workplace.

What’s included in the service?

Having a vending machine shouldn’t mean another job for your staff. We handle:

• Delivery and installation of the agreed machine
• Regular restocking
• Maintenance and repairs
• Adjusting the product selection as we learn what sells

You won’t need to buy stock, organise refills or find someone to fix the machine if there’s a problem.

What can go in the machine?

We stock a range of familiar snacks and drinks, including crisps, chocolate bars, bottled water, soft drinks and low-sugar options.

The selection can be tailored to your workplace. Some teams prefer the usual favourites, while others want more variety or lighter choices. We review what people actually buy and adjust the range over time.

A machine should work for the people using it, rather than stay filled with products nobody wants.

Which workplaces are suitable?

We supply vending machines for offices, warehouses, factories, construction sites and other staff or customer areas.

A busy warehouse may need refreshments across several shifts. An office might want a convenient option for short breaks. A construction site may have plenty of people on site but very little nearby.

What matters is regular use, a suitable space and a location we can service reliably.
